All of our CrossFit Classes are held in one hour blocks Monday – Saturday as per the below timetables. 

We also run an open gym for our members to complete any additional strength work or programming that has been allocated by our coaches. We have a rule for open gym: The class has right of way – as long as your program isn’t affecting the class you can set up and continue to work through in your own time. 

Open gym is available whenever there is a class running and also at the discretion of the coaches (just ask).
