Your first visit with CrossFit Fenrir will involve a personal consultation with one our trainers. Here, we will establish your goals and the training to help you reach those goals. We will also discuss CrossFit Fenrir’s methodology, accountability & nutrition.
We suggest completing a fundamentals package (contact us for pricing). Each session lasts for one hour (one-on-one) and is designed to safely introduce the typical CrossFit movements to all existing skill levels (sedentary through athlete) in a supportive environment.
