Our box is built from humble beginnings.

From starting training in a garage we have doubled our space 3 times. Although we have more space we have kept our small community feel. Everyone from our box knows each other like a giant family.

We believe in training for everyone. It doesn’t matter if its your first day or 10th year, you will be equally welcome in our sessions.

Our approach is a little different. We like to provide a full service to our members including – open gym, classes, individualised strength sessions and nutritional guidance.
